Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for detecting the concentration of a mixed fluid capable of accurately detecting the concentration of the mixed fluid constituted of three or more kinds of components, and a device for detecting the concentration of the mixed fluid. SOLUTION: In the method for detecting the concentration of the mixed fluid constituted so as to detect the concentrations of the respective components of the mixed fluid constituted of N (an integer of ≥3) kinds of known components, the dielectric constant of the mixed fluid is measured at different temperatures of an (N-1) point and the concentrations of the respective components are calculated from the dielectric constants of the respective known components at the respective temperatures of the (N-1) point and the dielectric constants of the mixed fluid at the respective temperatures of the (N-1) point. 【課題】3種以上の成分で構成される混合流体の濃度を正確に検出することのできる、混合流体の濃度検出方法および検出装置を提供する。 【解決手段】N(≧3の整数)種の既知の成分で構成される混合流体の各成分の濃度を検出する混合流体の濃度検出方法であって、(N−1)点の異なる温度で前記混合流体の誘電率を測定し、前記(N−1)点の各温度における既知の各成分の誘電率と、前記(N−1)点の各温度で測定された前記混合流体の誘電率とから、前記各成分の濃度を算出する。 【選択図】図2
