Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifter device which has a sufficient moving width in a lifting direction, and is achieved in downsizing. SOLUTION: The lifter device includes a lifting table 2 which has a workpiece loading unit 3 and can freely be lifted and lowered with respect to a base 1A, swing arms 4A and 4B which are connected swingingly to a pair of connection portions 5A and 5B arranged at opposing portions 2a and 2b of the lifting table 2, pivot arms 6A and 6B which have loose ends connected to joints 7A and 7B arranged at loose ends of the swing arms 4A and 4B, and have base ends rotatably connected to rotation shafts 8A and 8B arranged on the side of the base 1A, a driving unit 9 which applies rotation forces to the pivot arms 6A and 6B, and horizontal wobbling preventing guide 10A and 10B which are used as straight line moving mechanisms attached to opposing portions 2c and 2d of the lifting table 2 and corresponding portions of the base 1A, and vertically regulates the movement of the lifting table 2 with respect to the base 1A. 【課題】昇降方向に十分な移動幅を有すると共に小型化を達成したリフター装置を提供する。 【解決手段】ワーク搭載部3を備え基台1Aに対して昇降自在である昇降台2と、この昇降台2の相対向する部分2a,2bに設けた一対の連結部5A,5Bにそれぞれ揺動可能に連結された揺動アーム4A,4Bと、遊端部がこれらの揺動アーム4A,4Bの遊端部に設けた関節7A,7Bに連結され基端部が前記基台1A側に設けた回転軸8A,8Bに回転自在に連結された回動アーム6A,6Bと、これらの回動アーム6A,6Bに回転力を与える駆動部9と、前記昇降台2の別の相対向する部分2c,2dと基台1Aの対応する部分に取り付けられた直線運動機構であり基台1Aに対する昇降台2の移動を上下方向に規制する横ぶれ防止ガイド10A,10Bとを有する。 【選択図】図4
