Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system, a transmission device, and a computer program for carrying out identification with safety in security and preventing unjust radio communication when a transmission device is certified through radio communication. SOLUTION: The radio communication system out of the radio communication system, the transmission device and the computer program is a system for constituting a radio network having no controlling station by using a certification card capable of radio communication and two or more transmission devices. In the radio communication system, the information of a certification original transmission device is stored in the certification card. The transmission device as a certification target drives a certification process through the certification card and accesses the certification original transmission device based on the certification original transmission device information stored in the certification card.
