Scroll fluid machinery

Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform sufficient oiling to a bearing without need of a lubrication pump, restrain gasification from an oil at a bearing part, and ensure an approximately constant feed oil amount without depending on a rotating speed of a shaft. SOLUTION: This scroll fluid machinery comprises: a fixed scroll member 1; a turning scroll member 2; the shaft 9; bearings 15a and 2c of the shaft; an oil storage chamber 6 for storing oil arranged inside a chamber 20 including the fixed scroll member, the turning scroll member, the shaft and the bearings; and a bearing oil feed passage always communicating with an oil outflow space 4 of low pressure via the bearings 15a and 2c from an oil storage chamber 5 so as to feed the oil using a pressure difference to the bearings 15a and 2c. The bearing oil feed passage is provided with a bearing restriction channel which is a channel always making communication between the bearings 15a, 2c and the oil outflow space 4 by passing through a bearing seal part which performs partition between the bearings 15a, 2c and the oil outflow space 4. A channel resistance of the bearing restriction channel is larger than that of each of the bearings 15a and 2c. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
【課題】スクロール流体機械において、給油ポンプを必要とすることなく軸受に十分に給油できると共に、軸受部での油からのガス化を抑制でき、しかもシャフトの回転数に依存することなくほぼ一定の給油量を確保できるようにすること。 【解決手段】スクロール流体機械は、固定スクロール部材1、旋回スクロール部材2、シャフト9、シャフトの軸受15a、2c、これらを包含するチャンバ20内に設けられた油を貯める貯油室6、そこに貯まる油を軸受15a、2cへ圧力差で給油すべく貯油室5から軸受15a、2cを経由して低圧の油流出空間4に常時連通する軸受給油路を備える。軸受給油路は、軸受15a、2cと油流出空間4とを区画する軸受シール部を貫いて両者間を常時連通する流路である軸受絞り流路を設けている。この軸受絞り流路の流路抵抗は軸受15a、2cの流路抵抗より大きい。 【選択図】 図1
