【課題】本発明は、磁性材、特に薄鋼板(薄板)を製造するラインに設置して被探傷材の内部欠陥、表面欠陥を探傷する漏洩磁束探傷装置に関し、特に、漏洩磁束を検出する磁気センサの感度校正を簡便かつ高精度に行う感度校正手段を提供する。 【解決手段】磁性材に適用する漏洩磁束探傷装置であって、磁気センサの非磁気感知面側に、磁性材からの漏洩磁束を模した磁束を発生することのできる導線を具備してなる。 【選択図】 図1
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic flux leakage flaw detection apparatus which is installed in an assembly line manufacturing magnetic materials, especially sheet irons (thin plates) to detect internal defects and surface defects of a member to be detected and especially to provide a sensitivity calibration means which conducts the sensitivity calibration of a magnetic sensor detecting magnetic flux leakage easily and with high precision. SOLUTION: The magnetic flux leakage flaw detection apparatus for a magnetic material includes a conducting wire which generates a magnetic flux which reproduces a magnetic flux leakage from the magnetic material, on the side of the non-magnetism-sensing surface of the magnetic sensor.
