Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw with driving hole for surely transmitting large driving force with a relatively shallow driving hole. SOLUTION: The screw is constituted of a head part 2 having the driving hole 10, and a leg part 4 formed integrally with the head part 2 and having a ridge 3 therein. In the screw with driving hole, engagement grooves 11 of the driving hole 10 are arranged radially from the center of the screw and circumferentially at equal intervals, each bottom face 13 of the engagement grooves is constituted of a steep slope 13a and a gentle slope 13b, and the area of each engagement wall 12 of the engagement grooves 11 is enlarged. Therefore, compared with a bottom face constituting the engagement groove in a shape of circular arc, management such as measurement of the molding depth depending on the dimension of the screw, in heading molding of the engagement groove is easy. In manufacturing a punch for molding the head part used for the heading molding, its process is facilitated to lower the manufacturing cost. A driving area of the engagement wall becomes large, and the engagement groove is not broken even if large driving force is applied thereto. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
【課題】駆動穴の深さが比較的浅くても大きな駆動力が確実に伝達されるようにした駆動穴付きねじを得る。 【解決手段】駆動穴10を有する頭部2と一体で且つねじ山3が形成された脚部4とからなるねじにおいて、駆動穴10の係合溝11をねじ1の中心から放射方向に且つ円周方向に等間隔を設けて配置し、係合溝11の底面13を急斜面13aと緩斜面13bとから構成し、係合溝11の係合壁12の面積を大きくした駆動穴付きねじであるため、係合溝を構成する底面が円弧形状のものと比べて、この係合溝を圧造成形する際のねじの寸法に応じた成形深さの測定等の管理が簡単になる。しかも、圧造成形に用いる頭部成型用のパンチの製造においても、その加工が容易になり、製造コストが低減される。また、係合壁の駆動面積も大きくすることができ、大きな駆動力を加えても、係合溝の破損が生じない。 【選択図】 図1
