Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling device which has a high durability even against an excessive impulsive load and an excessive static load while keeping the merit of high seizure resistance of ceramic materials. SOLUTION: A deep groove ball bearing 1 has an outer race 2, an inner race 3, and a plurality of rolling elements 4 arranged between the outer race 2 and the inner race 3. The outer race 2 and the inner race 3 are made of metallic materials and the rolling elements 4 are made of silicon nitride ceramic materials. The porosity of the ceramic used for the material of the rolling elements 4 is at least 5% and at most 20%. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
【課題】セラミック材料の耐焼付き性のメリットを維持しつつ、過大な衝撃荷重や静荷重に対しても耐性の高い転動装置を提供する。 【解決手段】外輪2と内輪3との間に複数の転動体4が配設され、前記外輪2及び前記内輪3が金属材料とされると共に、前記転動体4が窒化けい素セラミック材料とされた深溝玉軸受1において、前記転動体4の材料であるセララミックの気孔率を5%以上、20%以下とする。 【選択図】 図1
