Built-up broach



【課題】硬度が45〜65HRCといった高硬度材の加工に使用される、切れ刃の分割精度確保が容易な、かつコストが安い組立ブローチを提供。 【解決手段】本発明の組立ブローチの植刃ブローチ部40は、ブローチはつかみ部9を有する合金鋼の棒状本体10の外周面50に長手方向に円周3等分に溝11,12,13を形成し、この溝に粗加工用の切れ刃を形成した超硬合金のブレード14,15、16を植設した。植刃ブローチ部40に続く棒状本体10から小径棒状延出部26を突出させて設け、小径棒状延出部26に超硬合金の仕上げ用切れ刃52を形成した中空円筒状またはリング状の組立体23をブローチ後方より嵌入し固定した。植刃ブローチ部40の各ブレードの切れ刃51と、中空円筒状またはリング状の組立体23の切れ刃52とは軸方向に整合されて連続したブローチ切れ刃を形成する。 【選択図】図1
<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost built-in broach to be used for machining a highly hard material having 45-65 HRC of hardness, wherein dividing accuracy of a cutting blade is easily secured. <P>SOLUTION: In an inserted blade broach part 40 of this built-in broach, grooves 11, 12 and 13 are formed in the peripheral surface 50 of an alloy steel bar-like main body 10, which has a holding part 9, in the longitudinal direction, equally dividing into three in the circumference, and carbide alloy blades 14, 15 and 16 forming a cutting blade for rough machining are inserted into these grooves. A small-diameter bar-like extension part 26 projecting from the bar-like main body 10 continued to the inserted blade broach part 40 is provided, and a hollow cylindrical or ring-like built-in body 23 forming a carbide alloy finishing cutting blade 52 is inserted into the small-diameter extension part 26 from rear of the broach for fixation. A cutting blade 51 of each of the blades of the inserted blade broach part 40 and the cutting blades 52 of the hollow cylindrical or ring-like built-in body 23 are aligned in the axial direction to form a continuous broach cutting blade. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
